Please note that the Strider Bikes Online Store will not accept a PO Box address, and a street address is required.
From time to time, Strider Bikes Australia may offer free shipping over a promotional period.
Strider’s free shipping promotions do not cover expedited shipping methods. Please contact a Customer Service Specialist at Strider Bikes if expedited shipping is needed. Pricing for these shipments will be calculated at the time of the order, based on the most recently published delivery rates. Orders placed by phone will be evaluated on a case by case basis; expedited fulfillment will be at the discretion of Strider and confirmed by the sales representative.
At this time, this site only offers shipping to addresses within Australia. Please see Strider's complete list of international distributors and contact information.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Please contact Strider Bikes immediately if any changes are needed for an order, including a cancellation. Once an order has been processed, customers will need to refer to the Strider Refund Policy below.
If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in unused, brand new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Beyond the first 30 days of receiving your order, all products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a returned item is received to Strider damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund.
All genuine Strider products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty is void if the products were not purchased through a Strider Authorised Supply Chain. Further, the warranty is void if the products are used in a manner for which they were not designed or labeled; or if used by riders over the maximum size or weight limit listed on the product.
