We want to make sure your ownership of a Strider Balance Bike is the best experience it can be. To make this happen, we request that you register your bike’s serial number through this online form. This will activate your warranty, allow us to track your bike, and allow us to send you technical updates and helpful tips.

Strider offers a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects (you know, things that happen at the factory. Not… say, backing over a Strider with your car because it was accidentally left in the driveway even though you told your child three times – three times – to put it away).

To complete the warranty registration form, you will first need to get the serial number and production date from your Strider Balance Bike. Please register for your warranty on our Warranty & Registration page.
